The thing is basically a bunch of dots, which are nodes, connected by lines, and roughly forms a stick figure. You’ll be looking for a file called “skeleton.nif” copy that file to your workspace, and open it up in nifskope. These can usually be found in the meshes/actors/character/character assets folder. The first thing you need is the skeleton for the thing you want to modify. This guide will assume you know how to create races and stuff. So here’s a guide, I’ll cover two things in it, how to resize skeletal parts, and how to move them around. Thing is, it’s really quite simple to do.
